HVAC Superintendent - New Home Construction

Responsibilities

• The liaison between mechanics, builders, and office support staff
• Take charge of the technical performance of the mechanics
• Ensure proper procedures are followed by all staff
• Evaluate the quality of work at each phase of construction
• Assist with complex project installation challenges
• Communicate challenges or delays to the project manager
• Ensure project profitability and meet deadlines for completion

Qualifications

• 8+ years of residential install experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience communicating with Builders
• Experience managing tradesmen and Subcontractors
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Leadership ability
