About the role
As a New Home Sales Consultant, you'll partner with an experienced sales professional in a beautifully appointed model home within one of our 30+ premier communities across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. In this consultative sales role, you'll guide homebuyers through one of life's most important decisions while building lasting relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position offers outstanding earning potential for motivated, results-driven sales professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment. We are currently hiring for communities in Forney, Heath, and Rowlett.
Responsibilities
- Guide homebuyers through the new home sales process in a consultative role
- Build lasting relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service
- Work within a model home environment in premier communities
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and positive attitude
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Previous commission-based sales experience; new home sales experience preferred
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn company systems
- Reliable access to a smartphone with email capability
- Ability to attend Grand Homes New Home Sales Training classes

Pay
- Base salary plus commission opportunity during the first three months
- Commission-based earnings after the initial three-month training period
