New Home Sales Associate - Part Time

About the role

Sales Associates are needed for part-time hours. Additional details can be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site coverage at sales offices in Waxahachie (Myrtle Creek).
• Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine their housing needs and interests, and demonstrate model homes and inventory.
• Follow up with all potential buyers to convert them into sales; prospect and develop referral contacts.
• Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the preferred lender capture rate goal.
• Ensure all prospects fill out a digital registration.
• Host and attend realtor events; coordinate events like model home grand openings and referral events.
• Respond to inquiries from UnionMain website, digital advertising, and third-party sources with a same-day, immediate email/phone response.
• Attend to "Live Chat" inquiries and convert them into on-site appointments.
• Qualify leads and follow up multiple times with prospects until an appointment is made to meet with an on-site Salesperson.
• Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for leads.
• Participate in a bonus program associated with set and kept appointments.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Advanced internet, email, and sales contact CRM experience is necessary.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and CRM management are essential.
