New Home Sales Assistant
About the role
The New Home Sales Assistant role at Minto is key to ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive home-buying journey for every guest. This position contributes to the welcoming and service-oriented experience for visitors and supports the sales team with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, delivering an engaging and professional first impression.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, appointment coordination, and customer communication.
- Manage office organization and maintain cleanliness within sales and model centers.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM (Salesforce).
- Prepare refreshment areas and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Facilitate scheduling of repairs and maintenance with vendors as needed.
- Absorb and track sales reports, realtor sales, and Change in Latitude Getaway sales.
- Other duties within the scope as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service orientation.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Office administration and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a real estate or sales center environment a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work weekends/flexible hours.
