About the role

The New Home Sales Assistant role at Minto is key to ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive home-buying journey for every guest. This position contributes to the welcoming and service-oriented experience for visitors and supports the sales team with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, delivering an engaging and professional first impression.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, appointment coordination, and customer communication.
  • Manage office organization and maintain cleanliness within sales and model centers.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Prepare refreshment areas and ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Facilitate scheduling of repairs and maintenance with vendors as needed.
  • Absorb and track sales reports, realtor sales, and Change in Latitude Getaway sales.
  • Other duties within the scope as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent customer service orientation.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
  • Office administration and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in a real estate or sales center environment a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work weekends/flexible hours.
