Responsibilities

• Create a strong first impression by welcoming every guest with energy and professionalism
• Provide basic information and guide guests to the appropriate resources or sales team
• Support the sales team by helping capture guest information for follow-up
• Keep On The Block clean, organized, and inviting
• Aid in light administrative tasks and CRM updates
• Participate in community drives and events
• Ensure every guest receives a 5-star experience

Requirements

• Weekend availability (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Comfort working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
• Valid driver's license for community drives
