What You'll Do

• Work onsite in one of our new home communities using a proven sales system.
• This position includes weekend hours, and our model homes are open daily.
• Become an expert on your community, floor plans, pricing, financing options, and local competition.
• Proactively generate leads and create new sales opportunities.
• Lead buyers through the entire homebuying journey, from the initial interaction through contract and closing.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently meeting sales expectations and pursuing ongoing growth.

What We're Looking For

• Active South Carolina Real Estate License
• Coachable, accountable, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed

• Willing to consistently follow a proven sales process
• Pleasantly persistent in creating opportunities and building lasting relationships
• Availability to work on-site during the weekends is required. Our Model homes are open daily, typically until 5pm or 6pm.
