- Guide buyers through the homebuying journey from first visit to closing
- Build relationships with clients and Realtor partners
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
- Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
Requirements
Positive, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, those who are goal-oriented and take initiative, individual who want to grow professionally and personally, team players who value accountability and consistency. Sales experience is helpful, but not required—we train the right people.
Qualifications
This role requires weekend availability, a self-driven, proactive mindset, comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Year 1 average: $70,000+ Top performers: $120,000+
