About the Role

Are you a new graduate Registered Nurse looking for a specialty where you can build critical skills and make an immediate difference? DaVita is seeking passionate new grad RNs to provide life-saving dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll work directly with patients in ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. Locations: Indianapolis & Danville, IN

Responsibilities

• Deliver Specialized Care: Provide inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis (we will teach you everything you need to know!).
• Collaborate: Work closely with hospital teams, physicians, and DaVita clinical staff to advocate for your patients.
• Think Critically: Monitor patients, adjust treatments in real-time, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Lead: Support and oversee patient care with the help of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
• Grow: Adapt and thrive in a dynamic hospital environment where no two days are exactly the same.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice (or upcoming NCLEX test date)
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
• A strong desire to learn and build a career in a specialized acute care setting
• Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)
