New Grad RN - Acute Dialysis

About the Role

DaVita is seeking dedicated new graduate RNs to provide specialized dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions. This fast-paced, highly collaborative role offers the opportunity to work directly with patients in the ICU, CCU, ED, and other acute care units. Responsibilities

• Develop advanced skills by delivering complex inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
• Collaborate alongside experienced hospital teams and DaVita clinical mentors who are invested in your growth.
• Monitor patients, adjust treatments, and ensure quality outcomes in high-acuity settings.
• Support and oversee patient care with the help of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
• Build confidence and adaptability in a dynamic hospital environment where no two days are the same.

What To Expect

• Comprehensive Paid Training: No prior nursing or dialysis experience is required. We provide a robust, hands-on training program designed specifically to support your transition from the classroom to clinical practice.
• Broad Clinical Exposure: Work in a variety of hospital units and rotate between local facilities to maximize your learning.
• Dynamic Scheduling: Schedule includes regular and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays. Daily schedules change based on patient needs.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of practice (or recently graduated and preparing to take the NCLEX).
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and thrive in an acute care setting.
• Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available).

Day Shift, Full Time. Locations: Battle Creek & Marshall, MI.
