New Graduate Residency Program
The MGA New Graduate Residency Program assists new graduates in becoming fully competent and professional nurses. It offers a collaborative learning environment that enhances skills, knowledge, and personal/professional relationships.
MGA provides comprehensive training including classroom instruction, hands-on skills training in a simulation lab, and preceptorship with a nursing mentor in the home setting. The program is a paid, full-time position for RNs and LPNs, including 4 weeks of intensive training and a 4-week residency period with mentorship and one-on-one client care.
Nurses must commit to full-time hours, which may include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts to maintain the full-time schedule.

RN/LPN Qualifications
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse License
- Active Nursing License in good standing
- Attention to Detail
- Time Management Skills
- Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
- Good Organization and Effective Communication
- Home Health Experience (preferred)
