New Graduate Nurse - Full-Time

Role Overview The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. This position is suitable for student nurses of any graduation date and requires obtaining licensure within 90 days of completing a nursing program to maintain employment. Key responsibilities include educating patients and families on managing health conditions, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, developing and modifying care plans collaboratively, and participating in safety, quality, and professional development activities. It is a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and adherence to safety protocols.
