New Graduate Nurse - Full-Time

Role Overview This position is designed for all student nurses, providing an opportunity to connect with a dedicated Graduate Nurse recruitment team. The role offers pathways across various hospitals and nursing specialties, supporting new graduates in their transition to professional practice. The primary responsibility is to deliver direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. Key Responsibilities Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Utilize critical thinking to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.Develop and implement personalized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, promoting patient-centered care.Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, along with ongoing professional development.Work in a safety-sensitive environment requiring constant alertness. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited nursing program and eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation.Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.Preferred: Additional qualifications or experience in specialized areas such as cardiovascular, critical care, or medical-surgical nursing.
