New Graduate Nurse - Full-Time

Role Overview

The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, after completing a nursing program and prior to licensure. They educate patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medications. Using critical thinking, they evaluate patient needs across physical, psychosocial, and emotional domains, developing and adjusting individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members. The role promotes patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance while supporting professional growth. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation to remain employed
