About the role
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Up to $2500 bonus based on eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care.
- Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice while supporting patient goals.
- Ensures safety guidelines and work practices.
- Directs patient care, participates in hourly rounding, and supervises healthcare team members.
- Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute care setting to optimize workflow and daily operations in a procedure-driven facility.
Requirements
- Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
- BLS certification required at hire.
- ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
Qualifications
We are seeking enthusiastic new graduate nurses who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential. Candidates should be prepared to adapt to a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of above-average pressure. Demonstrates excellent customer service and basic computer skills.
