Hours
Various Full‑Time, Part‑Time and PRN – Days, Nights, Evenings and Weekends.
Client Specifics
Kids ages 1‑21 years old with trachs, vents, and g‑tubes.
Compensation
- Up to a $4,000 sign‑on bonus for Full‑Time Nights.
- Night & Weekend Bonus Structure – you choose the shift, we add the boost:
- Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour
- Weekend Nights (Sat–Sun): +$2/hour
- Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): +$1/hour
- Base hourly range:
- LPN: $25.00 – $31.00
- RN: $35.00 – $41.00
Training & Support
Join our dynamic team and receive specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, trach, and g‑tube care—no prior experience required. We provide 24/7 support from a dedicated team, ensuring you never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but a caring attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
