Responsibilities
- Develop and present complex training programs for soldiers and contractors
- Cook with customers to identify program needs and schedule training
- Evaluate trainees' learning progress and effectiveness of training
- Conduct sessions on complex topics, designing and developing training modules
- Guide less experienced trainers with strong technical and training skills
- Serve as Primary Instructor for Operator and Operator/Field Service Representative courses
- Provide sustainment support for assigned military equipment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience with 10+ years in related fields
- Must possess Army MOS 18 Series or MOS 11B, V-Ranger Qualified
- Advanced knowledge of Firearms, Night Vision and Thermal equipment through education and experience
- Familiarity with the Army supply system and new equipment issuance to US Army units
- Active Secret Security Clearance required
- Experience as a military and/or tactical instructor is essential
Pay
$58,500 – $122,800 annually
