New England Sports Museum Tour Guide, TD Garden

About the role

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part‑time Tour Guide for the New England Sports Museum at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role you will provide backstage arena tours, act as a storyteller for guests, and share Boston history and sports knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide assistance where needed
• Lead guided tours of The Sports Museum and parts of TD Garden
• Assist in the daily operations of The Sports Museum, including facility cleanliness
• Manage daily guest attendance records

Requirements

• Customer service experience required
• Ability to provide own transportation and cover parking costs to/from work
• Weekday availability from 10 am – 5 pm preferred (Museum open Monday‑Sunday)
• Occasional hours may be required for special events or exhibit preparations
• Public speaking experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Boston history and Boston sports preferred
• Must be available to work on weekends
• Bilingual/multilingual skills a plus

$17.00 per hour

Schedule

Preferred weekday shifts 10 am – 5 pm, with occasional hours for special events; museum operates Monday‑Sunday and weekend availability is required.
