Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Submittals
- Monitor and track production timelines
- Communicate with stakeholders via email, phone, and in person
- Technical & Design Support
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe
- Familiarity with elevator systems preferred
- 2D/3D drafting experience preferred
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards (A17.1, A18.1, B20, ADA) is a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, codes, and technical documents
