New Construction Plumber Residential
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is hiring for various plumbing roles in new residential construction, including Experienced Plumbers, Helpers, Phase Specialists, Sewer Crew, Rough-In Specialists, and Three-Phase Plumbers.
Requirements
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a 3-year clean driving record
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background screening
Work Environment
- Work is performed primarily on residential new construction job sites
- Employees may work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and rain
- Exposure to construction-related noise, dust, and equipment is common
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required as needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required to operate tools and equipment safely
Pay
- $20–$60 per fixture on straight time (depending on phase)
- $30–$90 per fixture on overtime (depending on phase)
- Overtime pay applies to piece rate as required by law
