New Construction Plumber Residential
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is hiring for multiple roles in new residential construction, including Experienced Plumbers, Helpers, Phase Specialists, Sewer Crew, Rough-In Specialists, and Three-Phase Plumbers.
Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing work on residential new construction job sites.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and rain.
- Operate tools and equipment safely in environments with construction-related noise, dust, and equipment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Requirements
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a 3-year clean driving record.
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background screening.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required to operate tools and equipment safely.
Pay
- $20–$60 per fixture on straight time (rate depends on phase).
- $30–$90 per fixture on overtime (rate depends on phase).
- Overtime pay is provided for piece-rate work as required by law.
