New Construction Manager

About the role

PF Plumbing is seeking an experienced New Construction Manager to take ownership of our residential and commercial new construction plumbing business from bid through final inspection. This is a leadership position for someone who understands both the business and field sides of new construction plumbing. You will be responsible for winning work, ensuring jobs are priced for profitability, managing schedules and production, and leading our Field Managers and Estimator. You will also serve as a key point of contact for builders, general contractors and superintendents. Success in this role means maintaining a strong bid pipeline, hitting builder schedules, delivering quality plumbing installations and protecting job margins from bid through closeout.
