New Construction - Commercial Plumber

About the role

Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings. Requires strong mechanical skills and knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Perform routine maintenance on existing plumbing systems
• Communicate effectively with clients and other tradespeople

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• At least 2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and building codes

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills

Skills

• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Familiarity with plumbing fixtures and fittings
• Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment
