About the role
Responsible for installing and repairing plumbing systems in new construction projects. Must possess valid state license.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and other tradespeople
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements
- Valid state plumbing license
- Experience in new construction plumbing
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Plumbing or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Skills
- Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
