About the role
Bergey’s Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic Sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Associates, ensuring they meet key performance indicators, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Trains, motivates, and counsels Sales Associates
- Maintains key performance indicators related to profitability, customer service, and process compliance
- Monitors customer activity within the CRM and on the Sales Floor
- Reviews Sales telephones call inbound and outbound
- Coaches Sales Associates regarding calls and customer service
- Enforces CRM tasks and follows up with Sales Associates weekly
- Ensures prompt customer service and relationship building
- Closes deals and speaks to every customer in the showroom
- Forecasts and communicates monthly goals with Sales Associates
- Manages the sales process from initial contact to finance and accounting
- Supports other departments and maintains relationships within the Sales team
- Meets and holds regular meetings and training sessions
- Employs Bergey’s Behaviors in leading the team
- Attends managers' meetings and maintains a professional appearance
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Completion of pre-employment background checks and drug test
