What You'll Do
- Possess and execute the company's growth strategy by identifying new opportunities and converting prospects into long-term customers.
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships within targeted industries.
- Research target accounts and identify decision-makers.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs and challenges.
- Qualify sales opportunities and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Develop value-based proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
- Cook up quotations and support contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience after the sale.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry associations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Product Strategy to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
What We're Looking For
- You may be a great fit if you have experience in: Business Development, Technical Sales, Territory Sales, OEM Sales, Industrial Sales, Account Executive roles.
- You'll also bring a proven ability to prospect and generate new business opportunities, strong communication and relationship-building skills, confidence initiating conversations with new customers, excellent organizational and follow-up skills, and experience managing opportunities through a CRM system.
- You're proactive, self-starting, and have a passion for winning.
