Key Responsibilities
- Generating revenue and meeting sales targets
- Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
- Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience
- B2B or successful completion of an Auto-Chlor sales training program
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-3 years new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated
- Skills strongly preferred: Hunter sales mentality, goal driven and self-motivated. This is a true HUNTER sales role. New business development. Cold Calling, Prospecting and Closing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System

Pay
- 1st year Base+Commission $80,000-90,000
- 2nd year Base+Commission $100,000-$120,000
