We're seeking a bilingual Mandarin-speaking Case Manager to join our Addison, TX or Montpelier, VT team, offering a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Assess medical, nonmedical, and financial risk factors for life insurance applications
- Determine appropriate ratings for life applications
- Process applications in workflow management systems
- Collaborate with the team to ensure application success
- Communicate with agents/agents via phone, email, and CRM
- Delight customers with exceptional service
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional work experience in life insurance or annuity fields
- Pass a background check that may include fingerprinting
- Detail-oriented and multi-talented in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and strong listening skills
- Results-oriented, people-oriented, and adaptable
- Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and creativity
- Adaptable to change and continuous improvement

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $18 - $27 USD. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additional compensation and benefits include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits.
Schedule
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with options for remote work for candidates located outside of a reasonable commuting distance to the offices in Addison, TX or Montpelier, VT.
