New Build Deployment Enablement Manager

For our client, we are seeking a New Build Deployment Enablement Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will coordinate complex new build deployment efforts across multiple stakeholders, ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered with strong operational discipline. The manager will support cross-functional teams, maintain visibility into milestones and budgets, and help drive successful outcomes in a fast-moving technical services environment. A strong focus on feasibility, risk management, and stakeholder alignment will be essential to keeping deployments on track. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $108,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project charters and resource plans Conduct feasibility studies and stakeholder analyses Lead multidisciplinary teams and monitor performance Track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies Oversee project budgets, including forecasting and expense tracking Establish relationships with stakeholders and facilitate project status meetings Qualifications 5-8 years of project management experience in IT, Construction, Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Jira Experience with LLM platforms and AI tools for automating workflows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities Benefits Medical coverage through UHC or Kaiser for California employees Flexible Spending Account for Health & Dependent Care Continuing Education and Professional Development resources Wellness Days and Corporate Wellness Program 401k Plan and Life Insurance options Tuition Reimbursement available after 6 months Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
