Neurovascular ICU Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, evidence-based critical care to patients with complex neurological and vascular conditions
• Assess and monitor unstable patients, ensuring prompt response to changes in condition
• Manage ventilators and titrated medication drips effectively
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on their conditions and care processes
• Uphold strict safety and quality standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license with relevant clinical experience in critical care or neurology
• Strong assessment skills and ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of ventilator management and medication titration
