Neurovascular ICU Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized, high-acuity care to neurologic and vascular ICU patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage complex assessments, titrate critical IV medications, and operate advanced monitoring and life-support equipment.
• Respond rapidly to patient status changes, ensuring prompt and effective interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatments.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care and interventions.
• Uphold safety, infection control, and quality standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Experience or knowledge in neurovascular or critical care nursing preferred.
• Ability to manage complex patient assessments and interventions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
