Job Summary
Research Medical Center is assisting with the search for a neurosurgeon to join a well-established and respected private practice in Kansas City, Missouri. Qualified Candidates: 2027 start is preferred Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2-5 years of experienceMust be comfortable with both spine and cranial, estimated 80/20 splitCall is shared equitably among neurosurgery partners with APPs taking daytime first callRobust advanced practice provider support with dedicated outpatient and inpatient APPs rounding and assisting in surgeryFlexibility to pursue additional subspecialty areas of interest within the context of a general neurosurgery practiceWilling to perform complex cases with an anticipated first-year volume of 100-200 cases

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team of neurosurgeons providing comprehensive care to patients in the Kansas City region. They will have the opportunity to develop their skills in both spine and cranial surgery, with robust support from advanced practice providers.
