Job Summary
Overland Park Regional Medical Center is seeking an employed neurosurgeon for its expanding program. Qualified Candidates:
- Must be comfortable with both spine and cranial - estimated 70/30 split
- Flexibility to pursue additional subspecialty areas of interest within the context of a general neurosurgery practice
- Willing to perform complex cases with anticipated first year volume of 150+ cases
- Excellent advanced practice provider support with dedicated outpatient and inpatient APPs rounding and assisting in surgery
- Call is shared equitably 1:3 with APPs taking daytime first call
- Utilize the advanced capabilities of the hospital, including state-of-the-art diagnostics and intraoperative tools, such as robotic navigation
- Collaborate to support patient care needs of the hospital's moderate volume ASC Level 2 Trauma Center and large primary care base.
