Neurosurgery APP Fellow
Job Description Summary
The Advanced Practice Fellowship is a one-year program designed to provide recent graduates with clinical experience and support for APPs, PAs, or NPs transitioning into practice. It aims to prepare fellows to practice in various care settings through intensive training and support from Medical Directors, the APP Director, and clinical preceptors.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Works under direction and in consultation/collaboration with physician
- Promotes quality outcomes and initiatives
- Maintains a Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician in like practice
- Practices within applicable state laws, appropriate boards, and in accordance with SA/SCA and delineation of privileges
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- APRN - Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License - State of Ohio
- License - State of Ohio Board of Nursing
- NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
- PA - Physician Assistant - National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants
