As a key contributor, you will participate in the multidisciplinary care of neurosurgery patients, fostering a team-based approach. The Neurosurgery team meets regularly for conferences and clinics, advancing the field through quality patient care, research, and education. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of spine neurosurgical disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic patient well-being.
- Participate in regular multidisciplinary conferences and clinics.
- Engage in research, education, and continual improvement initiatives.
- Provide compassionate, high-quality, and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurosurgery.
- Spine fellowship training required.
- Active or eligible medical license in the state of Washington.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Pay
$735,790 - $934,645 per year.
