Neurosurgeon

Responsibilities

• The Mayo Clinic Health System Department of Neurologic Surgery is seeking two physicians to join an established and collegial practice in Mankato, MN.
• Candidates must be board eligible or board certified in Neurosurgery through the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
• Practice Details:
• 4 Neurosurgeons & 5 APPs upon completion of recruitment
• Call of 1:3 during weekdays and one weekend per month
• APPs are on call to support the hospital census, ED consults, and urgent surgical needs
• 5 dedicated OR blocks per week with the ability to add additional blocks based on volume/capacity
• State of the art equipment including an O arm and stealth station

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurosurgery (ABNS)
• Exemption Status Exempt

Compensation Detail

• The minimum starting salary for Surgical specialties may range from $307,250.00 to $843,000.00.
• This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties.
• Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
