Neuropsychologist - Contract (1099) - Utah

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks that support the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and retaining healthcare providers who are committed to neurodiversity inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and retain healthcare providers committed to neurodiversity inclusion
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to ensure alignment with the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence’s mission
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for provider engagement and retention
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the healthcare provider landscape
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices related to neurodiversity and healthcare provider networks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in Neuropsychology preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider network development
• Experience working with neurodiverse populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a neuropsychologist in Utah
• Knowledge of healthcare policy and regulations
• Experience with data analysis and reporting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with healthcare provider networks and neurodiversity
