About the role
The Neuropsychologist will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks focused on neurodiversity within the Provider Network Development – Neurodiversity Center of Excellence program. This role is contracted (1099) and operates in a hybrid work setting between St. Louis, Missouri and Kansas City, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the network
- Identify and assess potential provider candidates based on their alignment with the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence’s mission and values
- Conduct outreach and engagement activities to ensure provider understanding and support of the program
- Collaborate with internal teams to align provider network goals with overall strategic objectives
- Monitor and report on the performance and growth of the provider network
Requirements
- M.D. or Ph.D. in Psychology, Psychiatry, or related field
- Board certification in Neuropsychology or equivalent
- Experience in healthcare provider network development and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

- Excellent organizational and project management skills
