About the role

The Neuropsychologist will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks focused on neurodiversity within the Provider Network Development – Neurodiversity Center of Excellence program. This role is contracted (1099) and offers a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the network
  • Identify and engage new potential providers aligned with the center’s goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for the network development efforts
  • Conduct market research to inform network expansion strategies
  • Prepare and present reports on network progress and insights

Requirements

  • PhD in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or related field
  • APA-accredited internship
  • At least 5 years of clinical neuropsychological experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Knowledge of neurodiversity and its impact on healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Valid state license to practice psychology
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
