Neuropsychologist - Contract (1099) - Arizona

About the role

The Neurodiversity Center of Excellence is seeking a contract neuropsychologist to support provider network development efforts. This position will be based in Phoenix, Arizona or Tucson, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Conduct neuropsychological evaluations to assess cognitive function and identify areas of strength and weakness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust provider network.
• Provide guidance on best practices for managing neurodiverse populations in clinical settings.
• Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure comprehensive care plans are developed for patients.

Requirements

• PhD in Psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology.
• APA-accredited internship and postdoctoral training in neuropsychology.
• Current license to practice neuropsychology in at least one state.
• Experience working with neurodiverse populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
