About the role
The Neurodiversity Center of Excellence is seeking a contract neuropsychologist to support provider network development efforts. This position will be based in Billings, Montana or Missoula, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Conduct neuropsychological evaluations to assess cognitive functioning and identify areas of strength and need
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust provider network
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that the provider network aligns with the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence’s goals and values
- Provide training and resources to healthcare providers on neurodiversity and best practices for supporting individuals with neurodiverse conditions
Requirements
- PhD in Psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology
- Current license to practice neuropsychology in at least one of the following states: Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Minnesota, or Missouri
- Experience working with individuals who have neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and learning disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and maintaining provider networks
- Knowledge of best practices for supporting individuals with neurodiverse conditions
- Experience with telehealth services
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
