Responsibilities
- Drive product growth through strategic education and territory management
- Implement territory sales strategies to meet performance goals
- Identify and overcome territory-specific challenges to product success
- Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive communication across departments
- Maintain a full field presence and adapt to field requirements as needed
Qualifications
- BS/BA in science or related field with 4+ years commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty sales; OR Master’s degree with 2+ years similar experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales success
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic markets is highly desired
- Proficiency in sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP)
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
Pay
$123,100 – $168,000 annually
