About the role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Neurophysiologist to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
Opportunity to take over neuromuscular & EMG practice from semi-retiring physician while continuing to build your outpatient practice, with a high volume of EMG studies, and existing providers in practice who specialize in neurophysiology.
Connected to successful spine and peripheral nerve repair programs, with active participation with neurophysiology fellow training & education through Dell Medical School, and a 1:6 weekend inpatient call rotation at Ascension Seton Medical Center.
About the facility
The facility is a Level 4 Epilepsy Center designation, with a busy EMU and EEG volume, access to epilepsy surgery evaluation pathways, integrated referral network, and neuromodulation therapies (VNS, RNS, DBS), and is part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system.
Requirements
- Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
