About the role

Join a thriving Neurology practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, where you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment backed by an established referral network and the resources of a leading health system.

• Step into a well-established Neurology team of 1 Neurologist, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 1 EMG Technician
• Enjoy a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no weekends
• Manageable patient volume of 12-15 adults per day, allowing for meaningful, relationship-focused care and strong work-life balance
• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care by conducting health assessments, obtaining patient histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and delivering preventive care services
• Educate and counsel patients and their families on preventive health, treatment options, and community resources while collaborating with physicians to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans
• Located in Wisconsin’s Fox Cities (Neenah, Menasha, Appleton, Oshkosh)—a vibrant, family-friendly region with low cost of living, excellent schools, growing performing arts with touring Broadway shows and dining scene, and easy access to Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, and Chicago, plus abundant outdoor recreation with nearby lakes, trails, and year-round activities
• Integrated referral network

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred
• Master's degree of Nursing required
