About the role
The Neuroscience Institute at Valley Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time (1.0 FTE) Neurology - Specialty Advanced Practice Provider.
Responsibilities
- Primary focus in areas of sleep medicine and headaches (including botox injections & related procedures)
- Five-day workweek, no weekend clinic
- No inpatient call
- No inpatient work
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
- BLS Certification
- Preferred: Two (2) years of experience
- Background in Neurology and/or Sleep Medicine preferable

Pay
Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
Schedule
Five-day workweek, no weekend clinic
Skills
