Neurology APP for Headache Program

About the role

Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Physician Associate (PA) position providing outpatient care for individuals with headache disorders at MaineHealth Neurology in Scarborough, Maine. The practice is part of a well‑established neurology department with 35+ subspecialty‑trained adult and pediatric neurologists, neurohospitalists, and advanced practice professionals, supported by onsite pharmacist, social worker, neuropsychologists and psychometricians. The role is 100% outpatient, full‑time (40 hours/week) with no inpatient consultation responsibilities and no call.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with headache disorders.
• Provide outpatient neurology care.
• No inpatient responsibilities.
• No after‑hours or weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Physician Associate (PA).
• Eligibility to practice in Maine.

Pay

Base salary range: $117,024 to $151,442 annually, based on experience. Eligible for a productivity‑based incentive.

Schedule

Full‑time, 40 hours per week; 100% outpatient; no inpatient consultation responsibilities; no after‑hours or weekend call.
