Neurologist - Locum Tenens

We are seeking a qualified neurologist to provide outpatient care in a new neurology clinic. Responsibilities include managing up to 12-15 patients per day, with a focus on EEG procedures; EMG/NCV experience is strongly preferred, and the provider must independently perform NCV. Work involves four 10-hour days per week, typically spanning two consecutive weeks each month. Qualifications include proficiency in EEG and EMG/NCV, and the ability to operate independently without staff tech support. Key duties involve patient assessment, performing diagnostic tests, and delivering outpatient neurological care. Compensation is competitive, with paid malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing expenses. Additional support includes 24-hour access to a dedicated healthcare consultant and assignment management via an online portal. Ideal candidates are experienced neurologists comfortable with independent procedures and outpatient clinic settings.
