Neurologist - Locum Tenens

About the role

We are seeking a board-certified Neurologist (MD) for inpatient coverage on day shifts at a 355-bed facility with stroke center designation. The role involves providing inpatient consultations for General Neurology and Vascular-Stroke/Emergency services, serving as the attending physician, and overseeing neurology residents. No call responsibilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient consultations for General Neurology and Vascular-Stroke/Emergency services
• Serve as the attending physician and oversee neurology residents
• See adult patients independently with a variable caseload
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Board certification in Neurology (MD)
• Inpatient expertise and strong clinical judgment
• No prescriptive authority needed

Location

On-site position in a location offering outdoor recreational activities and scenic points of interest.
