• Completion of appropriate License or Certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Washington State License
• DEANPI Completion
• Residency Completion
• ACLS certification (maintenance required)

Pay

$327,093 - 440,000, this salary includes production, and quality incentives. Plus 10% employer contribution to pension plan.
