About The Role
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Neurologist (MD or DO) to join our expanding team. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice broad, high-quality neurology within a collegial environment that values autonomy, multidisciplinary collaboration, and long-term professional growth.
As a neurologist in our practice, you will diagnose and manage a wide range of neurological conditions—including headache disorders, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular diseases, stroke, cognitive disorders, and sleep-related neurological conditions. You will work closely with our sleep medicine specialists, behavioral health providers, and experienced clinical staff to deliver coordinated, patient-focused care. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations, including detailed histories, neurological examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic studies
- Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of neurological disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapies
- Collaborate with sleep medicine specialists, behavioral health providers, and technologists to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Stay current with emerging research, technologies, and best practices in neurology
Requirements
- Willingness to work on-site at our Hampton Roads, VA locations
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
- Valid, unrestricted U.S. medical license (Virginia license required or ability to obtain)
- Demonstrated clinical experience evaluating and managing neurological conditions
Skills & Attributes

Pay
$280,000–$350,000 yearly salary
