About the role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join a Neurology team within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient general neurology with flexible clinic hours Monday–Friday and NO CALL responsibility
• Manageable patient volume of ~17 adults per day, allowing for meaningful, relationship-focused care and strong work-life balance
• Virtual appointment options
• Opportunity to develop a sub-specialty focus alongside a broad General Neurology practice, based on your clinical interests
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of neurological conditions in an outpatient setting, developing individualized treatment plans and coordinating care with primary care and specialty teams
• Provide ongoing, relationship-based care and patient education, including follow-ups, medication management, and preventive strategies to optimize long-term neurological health

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Eligible for state medical license and DEA registration
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
• One or more of the following required:
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
• Advanced Life Support preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)

Pay

• Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
• Relocation Assistance: $10,000
• CME allowance: $4,000
